We offer a 30-day return window for most items. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for large freight items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply. Custom-made racks are non-refundable.

Previously available only as an add-on at the time of purchase, WhisperKOOL’s 24-volt thermostat conversion kit is now available as an aftermarket option to add to your existing WhisperKOOL wine cellar cooling system. Like WhisperKOOL’s previous 24-volt thermostat conversion kits, the all-new in-field 24V thermostat conversion kit allows you to utilize industry-leading thermostat technology to control your wine cellar’s environment.

Simply select a smart 24-volt thermostat of your choice, order our in-field conversion kit, and change out the existing standard thermostat on your WhisperKOOL cooling unit. The conversion kit’s simple plug-and-play design makes it easy to install in minutes.
