If we made a mistake in sending your winecoolersamerica wine racks…
You may return all new, unused items fulfilled by winecoolersamerica within 30 days for a full refund, including shipping.
If you changed your mind and need to send back some or all of your winecoolersamerica wine racks…
You may return all new, unused, standard items sold and fulfilled by winecoolersamerica Wine Storage Systems within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee on product costs.
If you ordered winecoolersamerica wine racks through one of our rock-star distributors…
Items not ordered direct from winecoolersamerica need to be returned directly through the authorized dealer from which they were ordered, subject to that dealer’s individual return policy. If you need help figuring the right contact, we can usually figure out whom to call.
